Children (14 and under) free, up to one per adult. Extra children, half adult rate. (Example- three adults and five children = three children are free the other two count as one adult, so total four adults, no extra charge.

Fuel charges

Please take a reading when you arrive and leave and calculate the units you have used.

coal
£5/hod

Please record all hods of coal used, on the boards next to the Rayburn and Clear View stoves, to keep an accurate tally of how much you use.


How to book

Payment of the full rent secures your booking.
Additional fuel charges are to be settled within 2 weeks of return.
Booking period
 In school holidays we book the cottage on a weekly basis (saturday 12.00 to saturday 12.00).
Out of holidays the cottage can be booked on a daily basis (12.00 to 12.00)
